Hi, I’m Michael Rowe, founder and Performance Lead at Blixen Partners.
Over the last fifteen years I’ve done nothing other than explore, teach, learn and understand how value is created in organisations. I’ve engaged with thousands of students, examined hundreds of companies, and interacted with executives and founders in Australia and throughout Asia.
I’ve done deep dives on all aspects of what happens when people come together to make money, or deliver an outcome. This was after I ran my own business, employing over 100 staff, successfully for a decade.
Along the way I’ve worked with and come to understand some fellow travellers that have incredible insights and abilities, and practical ways at looking at business issues. These folk have helped keep me sharp, and given me amazing practical insights into the factors that contribute to business success.
So I’ve taken these insights, and this network of extraordinary contributors, and rolled them into a new venture: a services firm that focuses on strengthening and leveraging strategic competitive advantage through people, process and technology.
Together, we are Blixen Partners. Our three areas of operation are consulting, coaching and training.

His expertise in strategy, negotiation, benchmarking, and process improvement has made him a sought-after advisor in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. Complementing his business acumen, Anthos holds a Bachelor's in Engineering, an MBA (cum laude), and a PhD in Engineering Management.

David (Dave) Robinson is a distinguished business advisor and entrepreneur with over fifty years of experience in organisational transformation and leadership development.
